ByBox operate the UK’s largest in-night delivery network supporting field service organisations with the delivery of critical parts and resources. Their mission is to “move the data not the part” as their network and inventory management tool Thinventory provides customer with a real-time view of where their inventory is in the supply chain, enabling more informed decision making regarding the purchase of stock and the efficiency of resources. Connectivity of their operational network and resources is critical to delivering this real-time intelligence.

ByBox selected NextGenAccess to provide their connectivity across their operations, consolidating supply, increasing throughput and enabling configuration of a private VPN. As the ByBox network operates 24/7, key to the decision to move forward with NextGenAccess was our ability to offer 24/7 support and also deliver a richer suite of MI data to support the in-house IT management team.
