Do you help with the technical side of a connection set-up, and can you provide technical support for my issue personally?

We provide our clients with a 24/7 UK based call centre. Our technical support team can answer your questions and help troubleshoot for you. We don't use scripted responses and have the know-how on standby to help with initial set-ups and installation issues as well as on going 24/7 365 day support.

What is Ultrafast Connectivity?

Broadband speeds are usually between 10 and 20Mbps (short for megabits per second). Ultrafast connectivity is defined as at least 100Mbps download speeds and at least 30Mbps upload speeds. NextGenAccess provide world class broadband access to help businesses and homes enjoy all the next generation services an ultrafast connection can bring. My office is a new build can you provide Ultrafast Connectivity?
