Signed Agreement with Centile Telecom Applications SAS at Mobile World Congress, Barcelona

23rd May 2014

Centile Telecom Applications SAS is the European leader in SIP and IN platforms for fixed and mobile operators delivering value added unified communications. Our agreement with Centile for delivery of their carrier grade SIP Istra SP platform enables NextGenAccess to deliver a feature rich suite of hosted unified comms applications available over any network, and on any terminal.

With SIP PBX trunking capabilities, we are also able to provide services to SMEs with premises-based IP PBX and offer them the latest and innovative UC services without replacing their existing IP PBX.

The platform offers customers end user applications such as Desktop Client, Call Centre, Conferencing, Switchboard and Welcome Attendant Editor to ensure all calls are handled professionally and optimise all resources. With the increase of mobile and remote workers in the workplace the platform also delivers features such as Mobility, Mobile Twinning, Voice Call Continuity, Mobile Selfcare and Mobile VoIP to ensure these users are fully integrated into the company dial plan and can access all features weather in or out of the office. For companies looking to reduce overheads by increasing the amount of homeworkers or increase call handling resources by including remote workers in call hunt groups these features offer a hugely cost effective solution.

Commenting on the new agreement, Kenny Roberts NextGenAccess Technical Director said “We are very pleased to be working with Europe’s leading SIP platform supplier Centile to deliver real a unified comms solution to customers. There’s been a lot of talk and PowerPoint regarding the delivery of unified comms. We are leveraging technology from one of the earliest R&D players in SIP technology with a proven platform that continues to be at the cutting edge of service innovation”
